IDEA 

The objective of the internal incentive was to obtain new impressions and get to know a new destination. Montenegro, which means "black mountain", offers exactly that: rugged beauty, a Balkan lifestyle and a mix of traditional culture and new, modern locations and restaurants.

IMPLEMENTATION 

Everyone was ferried to the hotel by jet ski and catamaran directly from the airport - a spectacular mode of transfer indeed. Traveling by boat, the old military vehicle, the quad tour through the outback or with the catamaran during this incentive trip generated lots of new impressions. And that's not to mention the culinary delights the country has to offer.

CONCLUSION

All participants were awed by the rugged beauty of the peninsula. Be it on land or on the water, Montenegro still radiates an adventurer's charm and, with its beautiful scenic features, is worth the trip in any case.
